Haryana's most wanted gangster, Sombir alias Mota, is returning to India after being deported from the United States. Wanted in more than 20 cases, Sombir is the brother of notorious criminal Anil Chhippi. This action by the Special Task Force (STF) is being considered a major success against gangsters based abroad.
