PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- Starting Monday, part of Moss Avenue will be closed during the day for a reconstruction project. The closure will affect Moss Avenue from Copper Street to Western Avenue, Peoria Public Works' Spokesman Nick McMillion said.
