Mosquitoes plague outback Northern Territory town after months of rain

Tennant Creek has had plenty of rain this year and there is now a plague of mosquitoes in the outback Northern Territory town. 328 millimetres of rain fell during January – the most since 2017 – and that was followed by the wettest February since 2011. NT Health said eradicating the mosquitoes was out of the question.
