Moselle. Forbach: self-service chopsticks to avoid the tail in this popular bakery

Jérôme Schwalbach, baker Meilleur Ouvrier de France, manager of the Mine de Pain in Forbach, launches a self-service bread system. In front of the counter, customers can use traditional sticks, the bestseller, and drag their currency into the dedicated piggy bank. The goal: avoid the often long queue in front of this very popular bakery, victim of its success. The concept will be extended to croissants with chocolate.
