More than a month after the influx of migrants on 30 and 31 July in Ceuta, Rabat responded for the first time on Thursday to the suspicions of a hybrid operation which weighs on the cherished kingdom. Subjected by several testimonies and a Spanish police report, Morocco assured that "no data, fact or report establishes any involvement of the Moroccan authorities", rejecting responsibility for "Spanish actors".
