NYSSA — More information has been released on the Grand Barr Goat Dairy, outside of Nyssa. It is alleged that the dairy is responsible for mistreating and neglecting goats on their farm. The matter was first looked into by the Malheur County Sheriff’s Office and quickly turned over to the Oregon Department of Justice, who continues the investigation.
