62% of employees in the most recent survey conducted by eJobs Romania stated that they are not ready for the moment when the wage market will be transparent in the light of the publication of wages offered in the job announcements. They have not yet started the implementation and adaptation process to the new directive, which, according to the European Commission, will be implemented starting with the second half of the coming year.
