More than 500 uniformed men, among the soldiers and police of the elite forces, who make up the Block of Security, arrived in Buenos Aires to evict informal miners who are in the upper part of the mountain, in the mines Vieja and El Olivo, which are part of the so-called Plastic City, in the parish Las Mercedes, Buenos Aires, of the canton of Urcuquí.
