The second phase of the Dublin City Transport plans has come into effect, changing the way private vehicles can travel around parts of the city centre.

Cars can no longer turn left onto Pearse Street from Westland Row

The move is part of Phase 2 of the Dublin City Transport Plan and follows on from Phase 1, which saw restrictions introduced along the quays.
