More control in large projects and less corruption

Based on experience with projects such as Teš 6, the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption formulated recommendations for a new law.

The Commission for the Prevention of Corruption (KPK) has sent recommendations to decision-makers for the adoption of a law that would comprehensively regulate the planning, implementation and supervision of large infrastructure projects. It would contribute to greater transparency and accountability and to the prevention of corruption risks in major state investments, the KPK believes.
