From Tribune staff reports TRUSSVILLE — A new Mongolian grill restaurant, Genghis Bowl, is headed to Trussville and will occupy the former Palace space next to the Regal Theaters. The Palace plans to reopen in February across Chalkville Mountain Road next to Ollie’s.
