Mona Ione Downhour, 94, of Flora, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2026, at the home of her daughter. Mona was born January 7, 1932 in Forest, IN, to the late Ross and Edith (Fletcher) Jordan. Mona was treasured by her family and friends for her wonderful sense of humor and her love of adventure. A 1949 graduate of Cutler High School, she was a balloon decorator for over 20 years, decorating several events, including many at Purdue University. She …
