Mom Stabs Son – 710am KURV
The suburban San Antonio mom, accused of stabbing her son to death, may have been having a mental breakdown. The arrest report from Universal City police says that Wilma Medina claimed she was being followed and chased by people. She also said that son was being hurt at school. Medina reportedly stabbed herself with a knife as well. The boy’s father is a police officer in China Grove. He was the one who called for help.
