Abu Dhabi’s Modon Holding will develop a Nammos-branded luxury resort and residential project at Egypt’s Ras El Hekma. It is the latest addition to the UAE-backed $35 billion Mediterranean development. Modon was named master developer of the project by ADQ, a UAE sovereign fund, in October 2024.
