Moberly boy’s claim championship, girls advance to final round - Moberly Monitor-Index
The Moberly Spartan basketball team took home the championship of the Centralia Invitational Tournament. In the opening round Moberly beat North Callaway 49-36 and took down Salisbury in the second round by a score of 50-42 to advance to the championship game against top seed Hallsville. The Spartans ran their record to 5-1 by winning 64-58. Ethan Land, Cameron Doubrava and Amar’e Hawkins were named to the All-Tournament Team.
