GARRISON — The Minnesota Department of Transportation will begin a six-month, $12.4 million project to improve 5 miles of Highway 169 from Crow Wing County Road 26 to Pike Avenue The work includes a new roundabout at Highway 18 in Garrison to improve safety and traffic flow, MnDOT reported in a news release.
