A Silver Alert was activated Monday after an at-risk 74-year-old man was reported missing from Baldwin Park. Francisco Martinez was last seen at about 1 p.m. Friday near Ballentine Place and Baldwin Park Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Baldwin Park Police Department.
