Minnesota authorities investigating apparent suicide in Otter Tail County

RURAL OTTER TAIL COUNTY, MINN – Officials from the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office and Minnesota State Patrol are investigating an apparent suicide in rural Otter Tail County.
