Minister Yerlikaya Announced! 1 Martyr

Gendarmerie Chief Warrant Officer Emre Polat, who was on duty at the Ankara Provincial Gendarmerie Command, was seriously injured when he fell on sloping ground during the capture of the wanted person. Despite all interventions in the hospital to which he was taken, Polat could not be saved and died a martyr.

Gendarmerie Chief Warrant Officer Emre Polat, who was serving in the Haymana district of Ankara, became a martyr in an accident during his duty. The sad news was announced by the Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya.

Minister Yerlikaya announced that Gendarmerie Chief Warrant Officer Emre Polat was seriously injured when he fell on sloping ground during the capture of the wanted person and that he could not be saved despite all interventions in the hospital to which he was taken and died a martyr.
