Milton PD Arrest Man For Strangulation following Domestic Incident

MILTON, Del. – The Milton Police Department has arrested a man in connection with a strangling that took place early Monday morning. At approximately 12:40 a.m. on Oct. 13, police responded to a residence on Pine Street following a report of a domestic incident in progress.
