MILLSBORO, Del. – Some new changes are coming to the Millsboro Police Department, according to the police department’s Facebook page. On Tuesday, January 5th, the department swore in their new Police Chief David Moyer. The department also officially welcomed the department’s very first K9 Unit with Cpl.
