Mills council to debate 80-lot rezoning, unique ZIP code

MILLS, Wyo. — The Mills City Council is set to discuss an 80-lot rezoning plan and vote on supporting two pieces of federal legislation aimed at giving the community its own unique ZIP code.  The council will host its workshop at 6 p.m. Tuesday, followed by its regular meeting at 7 p.m. The meetings are usually streamed live to the city’s YouTube channel.
