Nearly 4 million people traveled across the American continent to watch Monday's solar eclipse.
The complete sunset that people could observe over North America during the Monday afternoon generated many beautiful images from both professional and amateur photographers. Across the 15 states of the United States where there was the so-called totality zone, people equipped themselves with glasses and observed this exceptional phenomenon. Lastly, it was possible to observe the sunset over the American continent in 2017.
The natural spectacle made Monday in North America a very special day. Millions observed the phenomenon.
