Mike Castles passed away at his home in Burns, on Aug. 8, 2025, surrounded by family   members.   Mike was born in September 1938 to Paul and Freda (Tucke) Castles in Payette and he grew up in Baker City. Growing up, he attended St. Francis academy and Baker High School. In 1955 Mike joined the U.S. Navy, serving on the USS Helena until his service was completed.
