Migration Failure Opens Legal Option for Cubans with I-220A in the United States

The decision of the Immigration Appeals Board could affect thousands of Cubans in the U.S. by questioning the release with I-220A, opening debates on immigration processes and adjustment of status.

Cuban professor Anamely Ramos González, one of the signatories, told DNA Cuba this Wednesday that although the cases are different, "it unites us all that we have been activists with a recognized trajectory. We have risked, we have suffered persecution, many of us are still suffering consequences for it."
