Middle River man's child sexual assault case will be dismissed after successful probation

MARSHALL COUNTY, Minn. — A Middle River, Minnesota, man will serve no prison time for sexually abusing a minor, and his case will be dismissed, if he successfully completes 30 years of supervised probation.
