The EASA has decided to extend until 11 March 2026 its conflict zone information bulletin (CZIB) for the Middle East and the Persian Gulf, confirming that the region remains considered a zone of high air volatility, although traffic is slowly starting to resume. Since 28 February, more than 65,000 scheduled flights have been deployed in the region, including more than 37,000 cancelled flights, drawing a "holed sky" over the large Gulf hubs.
