CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- The former special assistant to Mayor Kahlil Seren has filed a civil rights complaint accusing Seren’s wife, Natalie McDaniel, of making antisemitic remarks — including calling a Jewish city official a “brood mare” who is “destined for the glue factory.”
