An officer of the Miami Police and another man were taken to the hospital after a Sunday morning crash in the express lanes of Interstate 95, authorities reported. According to the Miami Police, the accident occurred around 2:16 a.m., when the officer was moving north and was hit by a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction.
