The Collective Accommodation in Danger was indicted on 7 July by the Court of Lyon for an open letter addressed to the mayor of Décines-Charpieu, Laurence Fautra (LR), who refused to set up a reception centre for unaccompanied minors in her commune. A member of the collective, who testified anonymously, went back to a judicial procedure which she considered disproportionate.
