The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology (MESCYT), through its Vice-Ministry of Science and Technology, announced the creation of the Network of Higher Education Researchers in the South Region (REDISUR), an initiative that seeks to strengthen research, academic training and technological development in a historically relegated area in terms of investment and opportunities.
