MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Another steel mill is bringing jobs to Mississippi County, Arkansas, state economic development officials announced Wednesday. Merrill Steel will build its fourth manufacturing facility in Osceola, Arkansas, investing more than $32 million and creating 108 new jobs over three years.
