Mercer and Venango counties placed under a cold weather advisory until Sunday morning – extremely cold wind chills

A cold weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 12:17 p.m. in effect until Sunday at 10 a.m. for Mercer and Venango counties.The weather service says to anticipate, “Very cold wind chills as low as 20 degrees below zero.”
