- CCTV footage captured three suspects dressed in black throwing missiles at attendees and two supercars, believed to be a Lamborghini and a McLaren, while young guests and a baby were narrowly missed during the assault.
- Venue staff quickly extinguished the flames using fire extinguishers before emergency services arrived. Diner Fahim Kayani said, "I was inside enjoying my meal when this very serious incident took place."
- Following the attack, West Midlands Police launched an investigation after three suspects fled down Mole Street in a white Volkswagen Golf. Authorities urge anyone with information to call 101, quoting log 5308 of August 18.
- Though no injuries were reported, local Councillor Jamil Khan described the event as a "shocking and worrying incident," adding that bystanders could have been injured "or worse" during the attack.
