Five men from the Greater Toronto Area have been charged with attempted murder, kidnapping and other offences in connection with an incident in Orillia. OPP say that shortly after 9 p.m. on September 27, police responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle and individuals wearing masks near an abandoned building on Colborne Street East.
