Russian citizen Oleg Osipov, a long-time associate of former Russian President and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, has been added to the European Union's sanctions list. The Czech government added him to the sanctions list in July this year. According to government officials at the time, Osipov had spread death threats in the media against former hockey player Dominik Hašek in the spring.
