According to the latest survey by Median, there is broad support among Hungarians for the idea of the 2036 Olympics in Budapest. Nearly two-thirds of those surveyed – 33 percent fully support and 31 percent would rather support – would welcome the event. However, interest is somewhat lower among the capital's population: 28 percent fully support, while 29 percent would rather support Budapest hosting the games.
