MEDC files motion to dismiss GLI lawsuit to keep shady $20M grant for Whitmer donor Fay Beydoun

The Michigan Economic Development Corporation is asking the Court of Claims to toss out a lawsuit filed by Global Link International, a nonprofit at the center of a shady $20 million legislative grant.
