SALISBURY, Md. – Salisbury Police have charged an individual for igniting a 55-gallon garbage can inside the downtown parking garage. According to the Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office, the person was caught on CCTV camera setting the bin on fire around 11:56 p.m. on April 17. Deputy State Fire Marshal investigators were called to the East Circle Avenue parking garage to investigate a refuse container fire. Security discovered the damage to the refuse container around 10:30 Friday morning.
