Mayors and prefects of the country denounce debts by the National Government - Ecuador en Directo

The National Government has been maintaining debts for months with municipalities and prefectures in all regions of the country. This has resulted in the emergency in several provinces caused by the passage of the temporary fort, being extended and perpetuated, due to the lack of resources that the State has to grant to the self-governing governments.
