Mayor Negoiță managed to get the Local Council to grant 15 million lei to a company that has no experience in the field for which it was contracted.

Victor Gori, mayor of Botnăreşti commune, Anenii Noi district, was convicted on February 24 by the Căușeni Court, Bender headquarters, for exceeding his official duties which caused losses of over 800,000 lei.
