Mayor Kraham announces $81K grant to combat homelessness

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - An emergency warming center in downtown Binghamton will now be available to homeless people 7 days a week using federal funds allocated by the city. Mayor Jared Kraham announced a total of $81,000 to go toward homelessness prevention services.
