The quality of life in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht is coming under increasing pressure due to growing homelessness and drug use, Amsterdam mayor Femke Halsema told Buitenhof and Parool on Sunday. She called on the national government to “structurally improve” mental healthcare and its policy on labor migration.
