SAN FRANCISCO – Marlins right-hander Max Meyer will undergo season-ending left hip labral repair surgery on Friday, the club announced on Tuesday. The procedure will be performed by Dr. Thomas Byrd in Nashville, Tenn. The recovery timeline is between six to eight months.
