Material-fakes made of wax: KHM shows Daniel Neuberger

Summary by Salzburger Nachrichten
As soon as the big autumn show on the illusionists Rembrandt and Hoogstraten has come to an end, the Kunsthistorisches Museum dedicates itself to another virtuoso of deception. Daniel Neuberger is the name of the man who caused a sensation at the Kaiserhof in Vienna in the middle of the 17th century with his material imitations made of wax, which he used for his often only centimeters of small sculptures.
