A Haverhill man pleaded guilty on Friday to maintaining a house of prostitution and other charges stemming from the death of a woman in 2024, according to the Essex County District Attorney’s Office.John Caruso, 80, also pleaded guilty to multiple drug charges, including possessing fentanyl.
