Mass. driving school owner admits to paying $20K in bribes for fraudulent driver's licenses

A Brockton man pleaded guilty to bribing road test takers to issue driver’s licenses to people who did not pass their tests, United States Attorney Leah Foley’s office said. Carlos Cardoso, 71, pleaded guilty to one count of honest services mail fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit honest services mail fraud.
