Uganda: A court in Uganda has convicted two Rwandans for selling herbal medicines claiming to cure AIDS. They are Festo Mugabe Katanye, 37, and Nathan Karamuzi, 28, on charges of spreading rumours under section 45 of the third part of the Ugandan Penal Code.
