(CAMBRIDGE, Md) – Body cam video in a September officer involved shooting in Cambridge has been released. On September 9th, Cambridge Police Responded to the intersection of Seaway Lane and Riverview Wharf. 30 year old Ryan Garcy was reportedly chasing a woman with a knife.
