The Maryland Attorney General’s Office identified the man shot and killed by police officers Wednesday morning in Arbutus. Arvel Jones Sr., 51, of Arbutus, was shot and killed in the 5100 block of Leeds Avenue as officers responded to calls for a person armed with a bow and arrow, the AG’s Independent Investigations Division announced Friday.
